Refund & Replacement Policy

1. The 60-Day Replacement Policy

Trustpilot routinely updates its compliance verification algorithms. While our aged elite accounts have a near-zero drop rate, occasional removals can happen across the industry.

If you experience a drop within 60 days of your review being posted:

• Contact our support team via Telegram or WhatsApp with your order details.
• We will verify the drop and schedule a replacement review within 48-72 hours.
• Replacements are processed using an entirely new set of aged profiles and residential IPs to ensure maximum safety.

2. Refund Conditions

We only issue monetary refunds under the following extremely specific circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If we completely fail to start your review campaign within 5 business days of your order (and you have supplied the correct URL).
• Inability to Fulfill: If your Trustpilot page is locked or currently restricted from accepting reviews before we begin our campaign, we will issue a full refund.

3. Exceptions (No Refunds/Replacements)

We will absolutely not issue refunds or replacements under these scenarios:

• Drops that occur after the 60-day safety net period has expired.
• If your Trustpilot page receives a "Consumer Warning" or is completely banned/suspended due to activities occurring outside of our service (e.g., you bought extremely cheap bot traffic from another vendor concurrently).
• If you attempt to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support staff. We consider unauthorized chargebacks as fraudulent and will permanently ban the associated accounts and URLs from our system.

4. Dispute Resolution
