Delivery timelines indicated on our pricing plans are estimates. To ensure algorithmic safety and the natural appearance of growth on behalf of the client's public profile, Reviewgainz reserves the right to slightly alter drop-rates (drip-feed speeds) based on the target platform's current security parameters.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and functioning URLs to your public review pages.
- You agree not to modify the target URL during an active campaign without notifying our support team.
- You agree not to utilize third-party bot/review providers simultaneously while a Reviewgainz campaign is active. Doing so will immediately void any guarantees or refund policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Reviewgainz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trustpilot or any other third-party review platform. Our services are considered external marketing efforts. We shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of business, profile suspensions, or penalties incurred by the client as a result of policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international digital commerce laws, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
