1. Replacement Policy

We offer an unconditional 60-day replacement guarantee:

• If any review drops within 60 days of delivery, we replace it at no cost
• Replacements processed within 48-72 hours of verification
• No limit to replacements within the 60-day period
• Replacement reviews use new verified profiles

2. Refund Eligibility

While replacement is our default remedy, refunds are issued when:

Full Refund Conditions:

• Non-delivery: We fail to begin your campaign within 5 business days
• Technical inability: Your Trustpilot page is locked before we begin
• Service cancellation by us

Partial Refund Conditions:

• Pro-rated refund for undelivered reviews
• Calculated based on per-review rate of purchased package

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Reviews removed after 60-day guarantee period
• Account restrictions due to your platform violations
• Concurrent use of other review services
• Changes to your profile/URL after campaign starts
• Chargebacks without contacting support first
• Change of mind after service delivery begins

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

• Refunds issued in same cryptocurrency at current market rate
• We are not responsible for value fluctuations
• Network fees deducted from refund amount

6. Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraudulent and will result in permanent account ban. We encourage direct communication to resolve issues.
