3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before service delivery. We accept:

REPUTATIONCHECKR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, profile suspensions, algorithm changes, or business losses resulting from reputation changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida.
